Throughout our practice, we observed that our clients often encounter bad debts as well as shareholders’ disputes. All often cause great distress to our clients. While we do not practice litigation, we are a strong advocate for amicable settlement of disputes before pursuing a claim in the courts as the last resort.

Our debt recovery team also has experience in representing high net-worth clients in claims against property developers for late delivery of vacant possession, often with the aim to achieve a courteous settlement without having to incur exorbitant legal costs.
